Q: How long does shipping take for the Step-In Dress?

A: The Step-In Dress is Made to Order to ensure premium quality and craftsmanship. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. In some cases, your order may ship sooner depending on current inventory and materials.

Q: How long does shipping take for other items?

A: All other items, including cover-ups, dresses, shoes, and accessories, typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to offer international shipping in the near future.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes! Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to support@tntdressco.com.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted on unworn, unused items with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Made to Order pieces like the Step-In Dress are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Please view our Returns Policy for full details.

Q: Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

A: Absolutely! If the item is in stock, we will exchange it for another size or color. Contact support@tntdressco.com to initiate an exchange.
