Hi, I’m Lady Nicole-Tayan! I founded TNT Dress Co. with one goal: to create dresses that fit, flatter, and feel amazing on every woman. My journey in design began in high school, but it was during a personal spiritual awakening that my creations truly came to life, guiding me toward my purpose and calling.

By 2012, I started designing collections, but I knew that in the competitive world of fashion, success required more than just beautiful designs. To stand out and make a lasting impact, I needed insight into what women really wanted. That led me into retail, where I worked at a renowned high-fashion boutique and learned firsthand what women look for in everyday fashion.

Seeing how many women struggled to find stylish yet practical pieces inspired me to create a simple, elegant solution called The Step-In Dress, which is a dress that meets women where they are, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and empowered every day. TNT Dress Co. is the result of that vision.
